Paul Strand

Paul Strand was born in New York October 16th, 1890. And died March 31, 1976. Paul Strand was one of the most famous American photographers. Paul Strands photography pictures were of something with meaning or explanation. One of Paul Strands first photo was the "Wall Street" which he took in 1915. Paul Strands "Wall Street" photo is very popular. Paul Strand was known as the "Aperture Master of Photography." 

This is a picture by Paul Strand. I chose this picture because i like the light and the dark that is in the picture. I like the way that Paul Strand has focus on the tree and fence but no focus (blurry) in the background. I also like how Paul Strand has certain spots on the tree that pop out and that are light but the rest is dark. I like how he used white balance to make the picture come out as good as this one did.I would like to try and take a picture just like this one. I like how Paul Strands work comes out because it always has meaning and great scenery.

I also like this photo by Paul Strand. This photo is one of Paul Strands most popular. I like this photograph because I like the way he got light and darkness in the picture. I also like how Paul Strand has movement in this picture and also meaning. I would like to try and take a good picture like this with light and darkness and also movement.

This is also one of my favorite pictures that Paul Strand took. I like this picture because it shows the sun (light) that reflects on the plants leafs. I think that this photo is very creative and artsy. I also like how Paul Strand gets the reflection of the light on the leafs and also the darkness. I think that this is a very good picture with light and darkness for a nature picture. I would like to try and get a photo like this one because i like how the image came out.

The Aperture on a Cannon Rebel Camera!

The Cannon Rebel cameras aperture is what allows you to choose if you use a little light or a lot of light when taking your picture. The aperture is located on the top right of the screen. The aperture is the Av on the top right of the screen. If you push the button on the side of the screen and spin the dial, you have set the aperture/Av.
