All of his photos come out amazing. Eadweard Muybridge started out as a publisher agent and bookstocker. Now he is known as the master of photography. He always has the perfect photos of action. He takes photos of people and animals and studies there movement and catches it on camera. I like how he catches every movement and how he catches every movement in order.

Pre-assignment shutter speed.

In class our week assignment is to catch/stop action in a photo. The assignment is fun but can be difficult to catch the action in the photo. To catch action you have to set your camera to the highest shutter speed so that you can catch the action in your photo. To set your camera shutter speen you have to put your camera on TV mode (time view). You also have to make sure that your shutter speed is set to 1/200. The best day to go out side to take shutter speed photographs would be on a sunny day. Depending on the weather out side; make sure you set you white balance depending on what type of day it it (cloudy, sunny, foggy, etc). To get a perfect photo make sure that your camera is also set to manual focus so you can aim to get the object you are trying to take a photo of. These are some photos i took.

Artist of the week: # 2 Wiliam Eggleston

William Eggleston was born July 27, 1939 in Memphis Tennessee. William Eggleston is an American photographer. He takes photographs with color to store in art gallery's. I like William Egglestons photographs because they have color. The only thing i dislike about his photographs is i cant tell the meaning of his photos. Other than that i think he takes good photos.

Artist of the week. Eliot Erwitt

Eliot Erwitt was born July 26, 1928 in Paris. He was known as advertising and documentary photographer. Eliot Erwitt was known for this because of his photographs he had took of ironic and absurd situations. All of Eliot Erwitts photos are in black and white. And all the photos he had taken were every day situations. These are some photos that Eliot Erwitt took. I like how Eliot Erwitts photos of absurd situations are shown in the photos. Thers nothing i really dislike about his photos.

Close Up pre-assignment

In class are assignment for the week was to take close up photographs of objects. This assignment isn't really all that challenging. The most challenging part of this assignment was setting the camera. To take a close up photo you have to make sure your camera is set to Aperture Priority (AV) and make sure that it is the smallest number. This will make it so the aperture has the widest opening for your photo. In this assignment you have to make sure your camera is focused on the object because the background comes out blurry. These are some of the close up photos i took...

Ansel Adams

This is Ansel Adams. Ansel Adams was born in San Francisco on February 20, 1902. Ansel died on April 22, 1984. Ansel took a lot of photographs of nature. He was known as the most famous "Environmental Activist Photographer." He was also know as the best ionic images of the American West.

I really like this photo from Ansel Adams. I like how he has light and darkness in this photo. It has great focus and isn't close up but is blurry were the camera was not focused. My favorite part of this photo is the view. I would like to try and take a picture like Ansel Adams because i love the effect the picture has and how the image came out.

I also like this image by Ansel Adams. I love the light in the background. I also like how he captured fog in the sky covering the mountains. I think this photo has good focus. I love nature photography and like how all Ansel Adams photos are nature. Ansel Adams photos of nature are beautiful and have the best view.

This is also another photo of Ansel Adams that i love. He has a little to much light in this photo but it looks good that way. I love the fog that Ansel Adam catches in a lot of his photos. I think that this photo has great focus in the front of the picture and has some blurriness in the background. I think this photo is very country and has excellent qualities and i would like to try to take a photo like this.
